One of my favorite things to do in Seattle is try different fitness classes around the city. Staying active is important to me, and I love finding workouts that are both fun and motivating. Seattle has so many great options, whether you are looking for something high-energy, relaxing, or focused on strength and balance. From Pilates studios to cycling classes, there are so many ways to stay active while also exploring different parts of the city.
Two of my favorite types of classes are Pilates and SoulCycle-style cycling workouts. Pilates is a great way to build strength, improve balance, and feel more connected to your body. I like that it can be challenging while still helping me feel refreshed and centered. Cycling classes are another favorite because of the energy in the room. They are fast-paced, motivating, and always leave me feeling accomplished. Taking classes like these makes working out feel less like a chore and more like something I genuinely look forward to.
